The Move to Practice

This video is a great example of two belly dancing moves. First, they do "jelly fish arms"- notice how the dancers move their torso in addition to moving their arms. About 15 seconds into the video, they begin doing the move I'd like you to practice this week. If this move is new to you, start by doing the "twist" on both legs and then start picking one leg up as Coco does in the video.
